Shipping policy
Please read through our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we handle your orders.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within [2-3] business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods and Rates:
- At the moment we only offer standard shipping on orders.
NZ (Fixed rate $15NZD) & AUS (Fixed rate $30NZD)
Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship to NZ and AUS only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping to other regions at this time.
Shipping Delays:
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or issues with the carrier.
- If there are significant delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
- If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within [14] days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
Delivery Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Customs and Import Taxes:
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that may be incurred upon arrival in the destination country.
